Details of atmosphere: Few customers, quiet and clean atmosphere, staffs already cleaned the store but were still cleaning again because they were not busy.
Number of working staffs: 4, not everyone was working

There seemed to exist certain level ofloyalty among Continuous users so that compared to discontinuous users, there were no one who answered NEVER!

However, majority of customers answered that they will going to reduce their frequency of visitingif change occurs.
